Ryobi charger not working no lights

 When the green light comes on the red light goes off. I have contacted Ryobi but wondered if anyone else has had this issue and knows of a quick fix. The charger is a UK variant 1.5A/h charger (which came bundled with the battery and the drill). I dont have access to a faster charger unfortunately. .
